Helpful Hints and Information

  • Be sure to read your operating manuals for the appliances installed in your home. They contain a wealth of information about the care and operation of your appliances. They can be found in the Homeowner’s Packet of Important Information in your kitchen drawer. In the information packet you will also find a CD with all the warranty info on the products used in your home.
  • Make sure all of the appliance warranties are registered with their manufacturers. Failure to do so may cause a delay in any warranty service you might need.
  • Store your appliance warranty paperwork in a safe place where it can be referred to should you ever have a problem. Before calling for warranty service, please be sure to have the correct brand, model and serial number of the appliance that you are calling about.
