Franklin Homes is a full service manufacturing company. That means we design, assemble, deliver, and then service after the sale, all the homes we build. We deliver homes to dealers in 15 southern states. We provide factory service to our home buyers through service technicians that we send from the factory.

Franklin Homes does not sell direct to anyone except licensed and authorized dealers.

We produce very durable, high quality homes. Our reputation as a manufacturer of quality homes is well known to our customers and the industry. Consequently, our dealers and customers expect more from us that they do from some other manufacturers. Because of this, we expect high quality work from our employees.

When someone buys one of our homes, it is most likely the largest investment they will ever make. They probably will make payments on it for a very long period of time.

For this reason we must give these buyers a home that is high in quality, durable, pleasing to look at, and above all, is a home that will still be an excellent value when they make the last payment.

Franklin Homes produced our first home in May of 1969. Since that time we have produced thousands of high style, high quality homes.

Franklin Homes has been under the same management since the beginning in 1969. We began our production in a small building covering 40,000 square feet. Our offices at that time, were in an old stone house.

We moved into our current offices in 1972. We progressively expanded the size of the plant until 1985. During the winter of 1985, a freak ice storm collapsed the main plant building. We moved down the road to Phil Campbell, AL, where production continued until we could build the plant back on this property.

Our plant is the most modern plant we could devise. It has the best and most modern equipment available. Our modern plant and equipment help our employees to do their jobs well.

From the moment we opened in 1969, we have seen Franklin Homes as a group of people working together to do an excellent job for our dealers and home buyers. Our success is due conscientious people who work well together towards a common goal.
